We began this project in mid June by starting YouTube video ads. Devi had some amazing equipment which gave us 4 amazing variants to test. After 2 weeks in, we had our clear winner which we scaled up. Over the course of the next 6 weeks we got 31 qualified sellers that had a booking rate of 33% and a conversion rate of 15%.
The reason for the low volume of leads compared to the views is the quality of these leads. We don't want tire kickers who aren't actually serious about selling and working with a realtor. For these reasons, we had a hard qualification process leading to an extremely efficient appointment booking process with our ISA team converting all leads into appointments.
